Yes. We provide official brand sample vials (typically 1.5mlโ2ml) for qualified wholesale buyers. Sample packs can be arranged for your top picks before committing to full-case orders. Contact our sales team to arrange a sample selection.
All products carry a minimum 24-month remaining shelf life at the time of dispatch. Fragrances stored correctly (cool, dark, below 25ยฐC) typically retain full olfactory integrity for 3โ5 years. Batch codes and manufacture dates are printed on every unit.
Yes. Every shipment includes: IFRA Certificate of Compliance, commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) and EU Cosmetics PIF are available on request within 2 business days.

Authenticity & Compliance

Raw materials are sourced exclusively from IFRA-approved suppliers. In 7 years of operation, our product return rate has been below 0.3%.
All shipments are declared accurately as "cosmetic preparations โ eau de parfum" under HS code 3303.00. Commercial invoices clearly state the original brand names and accurate unit values. We provide full export documentation including Certificate of Origin. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available for EU, UK, UAE, and select Southeast Asian destinations.
We provide all standard compliance and trade documents on request: IFRA Certificate of Compliance, Material Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS), Commercial Invoice and Packing List, Certificate of Origin, EU Cosmetics Product Information File (PIF), and GC/MS analysis reports.
Yes. Perfumes containing alcohol are classified as Dangerous Goods (IATA Class 3 / UN1266). We handle full DG documentation for air freight shipments. Orders exceeding 24 litres per shipment may require sea freight โ our logistics team will advise on the most cost-effective route.
Our products are sold through boutiques, gift shops, beauty counters, online stores, and social commerce channels worldwide. We provide full commercial invoices for every order. Many of our partners successfully run high-volume retail operations across multiple platforms and physical locations.

Standard in-stock orders dispatch within 5โ7 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or private label orders require 10โ21 business days depending on complexity. Transit times vary by destination โ typically 3โ5 days (air) or 3โ5 weeks (sea freight) from our China facility.
Orders can be modified within 48 hours of payment, subject to production status. Cancellations after the 48-hour window will forfeit the 30% deposit. If an item is out of stock at time of processing, we will contact you immediately with alternatives or a revised timeline.

We accept returns for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence. We will replace affected units or issue a credit note at our discretion. We do not accept returns based on personal preference of scent โ which is why we strongly encourage sampling before placing full orders.
Shipping & Logistics
5 questionsWe ship to over 40 countries worldwide. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available for UK, EU member states, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Other destinations ship on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, with import duties payable by the recipient. Some countries restrict fragrance imports by air due to flammability regulations โ sea freight or ground is used in these cases.
Shipping is quoted individually based on order weight, volume, and destination. It is itemised on your pro forma invoice before payment. Orders over ยฃ2,000 net value to the UK and EU qualify for free standard shipping . For larger consignments (250kg+), we recommend sea freight โ we can arrange consolidation with your freight forwarder.
Yes. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number sent to your registered email address. Air freight shipments are typically trackable door-to-door. Sea freight shipments are tracked to port with estimated inland delivery windows.
Orders are packed in neutral outer cartons marked with our company name and accurate HS code declarations. Individual products are bubble-wrapped and secured against transit damage. For sea freight, goods are palletised and shrink-wrapped as standard. Fragile-marked tape is applied to all outer cartons.
All shipments are covered by transit insurance. In the event of damage or loss, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence where possible. We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace or credit the affected goods. Resolution typically takes 5โ10 business days.
Payment

Cryptocurrency payments are available for established partners on request.
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before dispatch. For established partners (3+ orders), we can offer 30% deposit / 70% net 30 days terms upon application.
Yes. We issue a full commercial invoice with our VAT number and all required fields for your local accounting requirements. UK and EU partners receive VAT-compliant invoices. Export invoices for non-EU destinations are zero-rated.
Our default pricing is in USD . We can also quote and invoice in GBP or EUR on request. Exchange rates are fixed at the date of pro forma invoice issuance and remain valid for 7 days.

Verification takes less than 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive full catalogue access and be assigned a dedicated account contact.
Our platform is designed for verified business buyers only โ boutiques, online retailers, gift shops, spa suppliers, and similar trade customers. We do not fulfil direct-to-consumer retail orders.
