We require proof of business registration, a valid VAT or tax ID, and a retail or distribution licence where applicable. New accounts go through our KYB (Know Your Business) verification process, which typically takes 24–48 hours. There is no account opening fee.

Our standard MOQ is 24 units per brand per order. For niche and limited-edition lines the MOQ may be higher. Volume discounts begin at 120 units per brand and scale progressively — your account manager will detail the full tier structure in your price list.

We hold direct supply agreements with all 200+ brands in our portfolio — no grey-market, no parallel imports. Every shipment includes brand invoices, batch certificates, Certificates of Origin, and MSDS sheets. For premium lines we additionally run GC-MS chemical fingerprint verification in our London authentication lab. We have zero authenticity complaints on record since 2015.

New accounts start on Telegraphic Transfer (TT) before shipment. Established partners with a 6-month trading history are eligible for Net-30 credit terms, subject to credit review. We also accept Letters of Credit (LC) for large orders. Pricing is in USD, GBP, or EUR.

We ship to 40+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and UPS from our three hubs. Typical transit times: UK/Europe 2–4 days, Middle East 3–5 days, Asia-Pacific 3–6 days, Americas 4–7 days. We offer DDP (Duty Delivered), DAP, and FOB Incoterms. Dangerous goods certification is handled for all air freight.

Yes. Our online catalogue represents approximately 40% of our full inventory. Contact your account manager with a specific product request — we can usually source confirmed lines within 5 business days. We also run a pre-order programme for upcoming launches and limited editions.
